Kapala. CHRISTOPHER A. JANSEN, 64, of St. Charles, was sentenced to 70 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $269,978 in restitution.  Jansen pleaded guilty on Oct. 14, 2008, to charges of wire fraud and evading income taxes.
